Sarah’s style of cooking is fresh, creative and inspired. Her menus bring together a vibrant presentation of flavours, textures and colours from a variety of plant-based produce. Dishes feature wild herbs, superfoods, nuts, seeds and an abundance of fruits and vegetables.
We take great pride in delivering an earth to table experience, and work closely with producers and suppliers to source seasonal, sustainable, organic and ethical produce whenever possible. We provide both highly bespoke event catering, as well as menus for photoshoots and corporate events.
